Important Announcement

The Gombe State Public Procurement Bureau office wishes to notify all State Government Contractors/Service Providers and the General public, that Contractors/Service Providers (both Old and New companies) must Re-register their Companies with Public Procurement Bureau (Due Process Office) as from 29th September, 2020.

This is in Compliance with the new Gombe State Public procurement Law Assented to by the Executive Governor of Gombe State on 30th December, 2019.

Therefore, all government Contractors/Service Providers are to visit our Website:www.dueprocess.gm.gov.ng. we can also be reached though our Email address:enquiries@dueprocess.gom.gov.ng. or visit our office locate near the Government House clinic, Gombe.

Only Companies and Service Providers that register with the Public Procurement Bureau will be patronized by Gombe State Government in all Procurement.

It has come to our attention that most of the contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers are reluctant to complete their registration with the Gombe State Public Procurement Bureau due to the misconception that renewal of registration takes effect from the beginning of the year, which is incorrect.

In view of the above, the general public, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers are hereby notified that the renewal of registration occurs 12 calendar months after the issuance of the due process certification for re-registration.

Company/Service Providers Registration Guidelines

Find below steps/guidelines outlined for companies/service providers to re-register their companies.

  • Visit the Public Procurement Bureau Website at http://www.dueprocess.gm.gov.ng
  • Click on registration portal registration portal
  • Enter your email address.
  • Check your email address for verification code.
  • confirm/verify your email address.
  • Supply your company details.
  • Enter your desired password (keep your password safe, and don’t share it with anybody).
  • Choose registration category (Grade) that applied to your company.
  • Click continue to login into the portal.
  • Complete your company profile (Supply all the required documents e.g CAC, FIRS TCC, GIRS TCC, Qualified Technical Staff, Financial Capability, Similar Projects executed, Company Profile, Evidence of VAT).
  • Save and print your acknowledgement slip.
  • Wait for your registration approval from the office of the due process.
  • Note: after your registration is approved, you will be ask to generate payment invoice from the portal. Grades and their respective amounts.
