Requirements for Company Registration

  1. A Sworn Affidavit declaring that your documents are genuine and the company and its directors are free from any unlawful acts.
  2. The Corporate Affairs Commission Compliance/Registration Certificate (CAC).
  3. Federal Inland Revenue Service Tax Clearance Certificate.
  4. Gombe State Inland Revenue Service Tax Clearance Certificate.
  5. Evidence of Business Premises Registration with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism.
  6. Evidence of Compliance with National Pension Commission (PENCOM Certificate).
  7. Evidence of Compliance with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF Certificate).
  8. Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF Certificate).
  9. Evidence of Value Added Tax (VAT).
  10. Full Company Profile with:
    • Similar Projects Executed
    • Three (3) years of Audited Accounts
    • Experienced Technical Qualification of key staff

Terms and Conditions for Contractors Registration

By proceeding with the registration process, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: You confirm with proof that you represent a legitimate company or service provider and have the authority to register on behalf of that entity.
  2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or the revocation of any contracts awarded.
  3. Sworn Affidavit: You acknowledge that the sworn affidavit you submit will be used as a binding declaration of the accuracy of the information you provide. If any information is found to be false, it may lead to the revocation of contracts and legal consequences.
  4. Penalty: You will be fined 50% of the registration fee for your category for each false document you provide during registration.
  5. Non-Refundable Fee: You understand that the registration fees according to the various grades/categories is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
  6. Data Protection: Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your data.
  7. Modifications: The terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Gombe State Public Procurement Law (Gombe State Due Process Law).

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

These guidelines are to assist companies and service providers in the registration process. These detailed instructions cover the necessary steps, required documentation, and key regulations to ensure a seamless and efficient registration experience.

  • Visit the Company Registration and Contract Management portal https://www.portal.dueprocess.gm.gov.ng
  • Click on Register a Company
  • Enter the Registration requirements for your company. (Kindly note that One Time Passwords “OTP” will be sent to emails/Phone numbers when required for verification.)
  • Enter verification code.
  • Create a secure password (keep it confidential and do not disclose it).
  • You will then proceed to choose the right category/grade in which the Company will operate.
  • Registration Grades and their Respective Amount:

  • If you are not sure of the category to register, you may wish to pay a non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (this will serve as a downpayment upfront and will be deducted when your category of choice is established). The N50,000 payment will give the company access to prospective tender information which the company can choose to participate in.
  • Once the N50,000.00 payment is confirmed, you’ll proceed to complete the registration process.
  • Fill out your company profile by providing all required documents e.g. Sworn Affidavit, CAC, FIRS TCC, GIRS TCC, qualified technical staff, financial capability, details of similar projects executed, company profile, and evidence of VAT.
  • Save and print your acknowledgement slip.
  • Await registration approval from the Due Process Office.

Note: The Sworn Affidavit should state the following;
1. That all documents submitted are genuine, accurate, and comply with the Gombe State Due Process Bureau's requirements.
2. That the Company being registered or its directors are not engaged in any unlawful acts or either broken any law Governing Gombe State or Federal Republic of Nigeria.
3. That the Company has a good track record of operations in Gombe State and other States in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
